INTRO TO FASCIA YOGA
FUNDAMENTALS
RHYTHM + FLOW JAM WITH JENELLE KITTO
Learn to INTEGRATe The 3-Rs of Myofascial Yoga
RELEASE
Find your GOLDILOCKS. Not too hot. Not too cold. Just right yin/restorative balance of mindfulness-based, trauma-informed yoga with 'myofascial yoga ball' integrations. We will not use foam rollers and hard lacrosse or tenis balls. However, you are invited to bring them if these are tools used in your self-care routines and have some opportunity to explore the difference.
Each participant will receive ONE FREE RADIOMUD FASCIA YOGA BALL to take home.
Rock
Learn about the science and benefits of ‘Rebounding” for physical and mental health. Physically, rhythmic, repetitive movements, such as ‘gentle rocks’ - ‘play your favourite song and make that booty shake’ increase strength, flexibility and help rehydrate each cell in the body. Why does it feel so good to dance or swing? The primal effects of rebounding on the nervous system is even more profound.
Re-Wild
Unwind and facilitate neuromuscular re-education through somatic and mindful based intuitive movements. We will tune into mindfulness and practice how to listen, trust and follow the greatest teacher you will ever know—Your SELF!!

More MYOFASCIAL YOGA info
Our bones are created with the same elements, but each body is unique.
Q: Why can two people can do the same yoga pose, but feel very different things?
A: Biotensegrity
The forces of tension and compression play a role in the integrity of our body. Many people view the body through a biomechanical, physical lense. Bones, tendons and ligaments play a role with alignment, both on and off the mat. Fascia Yoga, shifts the perspective, viewing the body as whole, through its fascia matrix network.
A typical FASCIA YOGA class may include:
Lying on fascia yoga balls or other soft props
Passive yin or restorative poses, with or without the balls
Gentle rhythmic or rebounding motions
Intuitive somatic movement to unwind the body
Strengthening and stretching exercises
Mindfulness meditation
