Inner Journeys is an adventurous inward journey experiencing the Essence Within. We invite you to join us on this Autumn series, “Journey Through the Chakras”.
This is an 7 week transformational series dedicated to activating the energetic portals of dance, movement, sound, breath and stillness. Each week we will dive into the embodiment of an individual chakra, exploring it’s physical, energetic and psychological characteristics, conscious breathwork, and chakra alchemy.
You will embark upon a full body awakening and remembrance of Self. Leave feeling inspired and uplifted.
