To those who are called to the transformational power of movement, music and breath…or are curious about the connection between body and mind…we invite you to take a journey through the 4 elements of earth, water, fire and air, using the vehicles of dance and breath to transport you through an exploration of personal discovery, self-awareness, healing and remembrance of your true essence.
Each week we will dance to awaken and activate a specific chakra center and embody the correlated element, beginning with an introduction to pranic breathwork, the power of intention, and energetic awareness.
No dance experience is necessary – just a willingness to let go and let your body speak its language.

It is recommended that, if possible, you commit to coming for the full 5 week series as this is an experiential journey that builds upon each class. As we work from the earth up, we open and awaken parts of us that allow the energy to move upwards through the body, helping to release and clear stagnant energy and emotions. Dancing for the full 5 consecutive weeks can be quite powerful, healing and transformative **
We will be capping the capacity to offer a spacious environment. Please register early to avoid missing out. Please bring yoga mat and water…and dress in layers as you will heat up and cool down.
